By using EwayTax, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
EwayTax provides tax filing assistance, GST compliance, company registration, and related financial services. Our services are performed by ICAI-registered Chartered Accountants and qualified professionals.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of professional fees. GST may be applicable as per prevailing rates. Payments are non-refundable once the filing process has commenced unless specified in our Refund Policy.
EwayTax provides professional assistance based on information provided by clients. We are not liable for penalties or interest arising from incorrect information provided by the client or changes in tax laws after filing.
All content on EwayTax, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EwayTax and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our platform.
